Lucifer

After finishing his course in sniper school in the Austrian army, Lucifer started his career in contract killing. Charging $700,000 dollars per hit after going to Blackwater (home of the ultimate soldier villains) where he met his ex student Matilda. After joining the villains he became Boris's right hand man. In 2001 he killed many of the detectives that were hired to bust the villians. Even today he carries his reputation of one shot one kill.
