Not much to say about this experienced grunt, what you see is what you get. He and the rest of the platoon are out on a short recon trip just outside the base perimeter as evidenced by his lack of web gear. One thing you can never do without is ammo and this soldier wears two seven pocket bandoliers. Note the separated trigger finger, the M-16's shoulder strap wrapped around the gun to prevent getting stuck or tripping a booby trap and the towel which kinda blends in with the shirt. |
