BEAN'S WWII 1943 GPW JEEP
By: Bean

Vince: Finally here's a shot of it with the top up.

Vince: Notice the brass grommets that snap on to pegs on the window. (Found the perfect scale grommets at AC Moore, and the pegs are made from pinheads. Also here's a good shot of the wipers and the real glass windshield)

Correspondent: Alright, well I think I have what I need. Thanks for your help guys.
Tony: Hey before ya go, do you think you could sneak a photo of us into the article? Our folks would love that.
Correspondent: Well I'll see what I can do.

Correspondent: Ok, Say cheese! (Here's a shot of the whole scene. I whipped this up quick for the shoot. The backdrop is from the Hasbro Harley packaging.)

Tony: I think all that work made me hungry, how bout some grub?
Vince: Sounds good to me, buddy.

And finally, here's some of the boys trying to get unstuck. Well, four wheel drive can't get ya everywhere.

I can't imagine anyone who wouldn't want to own this wonderful vehicle themselves! You should be proud of your work there buddy! It's just too cool of a project. Very special thanks for sending it in and sharing it with all of us. I'm sure it will serve to inspire many! -- GL
