After deploying Alpha Company's six A Teams, it was now time to deploy the Company B team. The B Team is the command and control detachment that is the "Mother Hen" to each of the six A Teams. Personnel in the B Team is on the light side. You have the B Team (and in most cases) the Company Commander which is usually a Major.

Next you have the B Team Executime Officer which is a Captain. Personnel in this position have to be ready to take over any of the A Teams in a moments notice. Next you have the Sargeant Major. He is basically in charge of all the enlisted men in the entire Company. He is the head NCO and is a conduit straight to the top of the Chain of Command. He also is the head Operations and Intell NCO.

Next you have the Tactical Communications Chief. He is in charge of all Data Communications that takes place between each of the A Teams and the Battalion Forward Operations Base. Lastly, you have the Cheif Medical NCO. He conducts and cooridinates all medical operations.
