The American government has recieved word that a group of Iraqi militants
have obtained a soviet nuclear device and they are planning to drive the
device to a major oilfield in Kuwait and detonate it on site in order to
disrupt Western oil supplies. However, the clock is ticking down, and
with only barely credible information to go on, the U.S. military cannot
justify American resources, so they turn to an ultra-secret, private
orginazation known as "Black Cell". They are tasked with obtaining a
prisoner by any means necessary to obtain the critical information.
